Mid-Michigan dahlia growers, micro-farmers, and backyard gardeners.
The goal of the event is to bring together Mid-Michigan dahlia growers and backyard gardeners. To provide a place were local gardeners can buy and sell tubers and seeds in person.
We'll post on Michigan Facebook groups for Dahlia growers, cut flower farmers, and gardeners. We'll also have targeted, paid advertising across several social media platforms.
We are seeking vendors who specialize in selling dahlia tubers, garden seeds, and related gardening products. Vendors selling garden-related items like tools, supplies, or educational resources that support gardening and sustainable farming practices are also welcome to apply.
Our goal is to provide attendees with a diverse selection of high-quality products and a chance to build connections in the gardening community.
**Note: Hobby growers with extras are very welcome to sell as well! Choose a booth if you have a lot or the consignment option if you have a little. **
This event is curated to ensure a diverse selection for our attendees. There is only room for 20 vendors.
Complete the Vendor Application form (link below). You'll be notified via email before 3/7/2025.
Approved vendors will receive an email with detailed information and pay link for the booth space.
Vendors that do not match with our goal and target market will receive a notification email with our regrets and thanks.

"Lessons from the Dahlia Field: Growing cut flowers and cultivating joy."
"I grew my first dahlia in 2019 and this started my journey into flower farming. Something clicked when the dahlia bloomed. I went from 10 to 150 dahlia plants in a single year and the next thing I knew, I was establishing an LLC and building a flower business. It has been a steep (and exciting) learning curve. We can do hard things. Using my years of experience as a botanist and scientist, I learned to grow a diversity of flowers, establish and run a small business, and build a sustainable farm. I'll share some of the many lessons I have learned about growing and selling flowers, managing time and resources, forming an LLC, and trying to maintain some balance and joy in my life." - Dr. Anna Monfils

Several local cut-flower farmers donate floral arrangements to Mid-Michigan assisted living facilities and convalescent centers. They need vases to hold their beautiful bouquets. Often these residents do not have vases in their rooms and have to resort to putting their bouquets in water glasses or plastic bottles. Let's give these deserving residents a gorgeous, fresh flower arrangement for their table!
Please help out our generous growers by donating a clean and lovely vase that will make a gorgeous arrangement for someone's room.
As a thank you for your donation, you'll receive an extra raffle ticket entry for the gardener's gift basket.
